I have had such an amazing experience with ARNP Chris Festa. She is brilliant in the medical field and I do not know where I would be without her expertise. She takes her time with each patient and truly treats them like family. She can be down to earth, but serious too when it matters. She takes people's lives seriously and has done wonders in my family's health journey. Each one of my family members has seen her and received caring, pertinent, and excellent care under her watch. We love you Dr. Chris and we thank you for caring for us when sometimes we did not know how to care for ourselves. If you need medical care for anything as small as a hangnail to as critical as an autoimmune disease, I highly recommend this doctor and practice.

I was diagnosed but never given any treatment. I did not join their membership program nor could I afford an IV treatment, almost $300, they wanted to do in the office. They did not offer all alternative such as giving me an oral antibiotic or calling in a prescription to the pharmacy. This office is a joke!

I went there with symptoms of a UTI. I accepted that they did not take insurance and paid the $100 urgent care fee. Because I refused to pay 285.00 for an IV or sign up for their 'membership' I left empty handed. I refused to remove a Facebook post / review and this doctor had the nerve to call my job and make a complaint against me - regarding this review! My place of employment has nothing to do with her horrible service. I was not representing my place of employment during my doctor's visit. In over 12 years with my current employer, I have never, not once, received a complaint. She claims I was 'aggressive' with her staff. No, I was direct and simply refused to pay another dime to this sham of an office. I never even raised my voice. Can you even fathom that someone who is supposed to be a respected and trusted professional in the community would stoop so low as to call my job and complain because she didn't like my review? Really?! How far will someone go?
