I went to her Cornwall, NY office and Christine is amazing! I went there with leg pain when running and now am back to running pain free! She quickly diagnosed it was not just my legs but my core that needed strengthening and greater flexibility! I thought running made my legs strong enough, but learned that lateral strength and flexibility are equally important! She gives you individual sessions, so you get her undivided attention, unlike other practices. Thank you Christine !!
