Great practice but hard to get in.

I am always satisfied with the visits. I have questions, they are answered politely and with language that is understandable.

The only thing I would do differently is have patients meet the doctors

Chris seemed to really listen to my concerns and ordered follow up imaging, as appropriate.

It was great and eased my mind and the staff is super friendly.

Very quick to get me to an exam room and didn't have to long to wait for Chris. Very patient with me (memory problems) and goes over old and new X-rays when I have questions.

My issues are have to do with calling the office and none returning my calls. I also have FMLA paperwork that the office has had for over a week now and it still hasn't been completed.

I have had a great experience with Premier with both doctors. Was able to get things figured out since I am a out of state patient. Everything is smooth, easy, fast, and calm. Chris listened to my concerns and had a solution for every one of them. The medical staff always a pleasure to interact with them. Quick and always willing to help others and get easy solutions. Definitely would recommend Premier to everyone. Good to see there are still health care workers who genuinely care about your well being. It's very appreciated.

Doctor Cordell was very nice and answered all of my questions during my 2 week post surgery checkup for my cervical neck fusion surgery. Very happy overall with him as a doctor.

I had to constantly repeat my problems and he acted as if it didn't matter, he would say he would watch and see what happens and mentioned new symptoms I already have been dealing with for months and still felt like the level of care or concern was minimum when I know that what's going on with my body is very concerning and nothing was done. I could tell he wanted to get me out of there as soon as he could. I didn't even get advice on ways to help me

The physicians at this office are excellent, the rest could improve by being prepared by reviewing history and notes prior to the visit.
