Biography: Ian K. White, MD received his Doctor of Medicine from Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO. Dr. White completed his neurosurgery residency at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, IN. He is board certified in neurosurgery. Dr. White is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, and American Medical Association.

Biography: Sujit R. Bhimireddy, MD is a graduate of Saint Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. He completed his neurological surgery residency at University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, IL where he also completed a CAST-accredited complex spine fellowship. Dr. Bhimireddy is board certified in neurological surgery.

Biography: Jennifer M. Smail, MDs scope of surgical practice includes complex spine surgery, cervical disorders, degenerative spine, spinal deformity, trauma, tumor, infection and minimally invasive spine surgery. Dr. Smail is a graduate of the University of Alabama in Huntsville and the University of Alabama School of Medicine. She completed her Orthopaedic residency at the University of Cincinnati and her spine surgery fellowship at the University of Louisville.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Quinones believes that although some spinal conditions are emergent or urgent and require surgical intervention, most spine problems do not go on to surgery. He will only offer surgery if he truly believes it will help his patients. He does not force surgery on anyone. The patient and Dr. Quinones will make the decision together on the best surgical option for the patient. We will look for minimally invasive options if possible but also make sure to provide a durable solution to minimize the chances of needing surgery in the future and provide long-term pain relief. Every patient should leave his office feeling well-educated on their condition and confident in the plan, whether surgical or not.

Biography: Norah A. Foster, MD graduated from University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City, IA. Dr. Foster completed her orthopedic residency at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC. She completed a spine fellowship at New York University in New York, NY. Dr. Foster is board certified in orthopedic surgery. She is a member of a number of organizations including the American Orthopaedic Association Emerging Leaders, Ruth Jackson Society, AO Spine, North American Spine Society, and Alpha Omega Alpha.

Biography: Daniel Gaudin, MD, Ph.D, FACS, received his medical degree from Montreal University College of Medicine (Canada) and completed his residency at Montreal University (Canada). Dr. Gaudin completed his functional neurosurgery fellowship at Montpellier University (France). He is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. Biography: Robert Rodgers, CNP received his Master of Science from Chamberlain College of Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. Robert received his Bachelor of Science in nursing from Wright State University in 2013 and his Associate Degree in Surgical Technology from National College in 2011. Robert received his Bachelor of Science in Physiology of Exercise in 2003. He is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He has been a registered nurse since 2013. He brought 14 years' experience as a nurse to his career as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Biography: Jennifer J. Rodriguez, PA-C received her Master of Science, Physician Assistant Studies from Pennsylvania State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA in 2016. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL. Jennifer is a certified physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery. Jennifer is a four-time Olympic athlete and has won two Olympic bronze medals in the sport of speedskating.

Biography: Natalie Smith, CNP, received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2016, both from Indiana East University. Natalie completed her Associate Degree in Nursing from Sinclair Community College in 2011. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has been a registered nurse since 2011.

Biography: Chris Cordell, APRN, MSN, earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Ohio University and Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to joining the Premier Orthopedic Spine Center, he served as a charge nurse in a hospital neurology unit. He is certified in CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Biography: John Grim, MS, RN, ACNS-BCis a Certified Adult Clinical Nurse Specialist by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. John is a member of the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and the National Board of Respiratory Care.
