He was great!
I was experiencing intense arm pain, could hardly move it. An x-ray showed bursitis/tendonitis. His course of action -- from prescriptions to recommending PT to excellent explanations and discourse -- was wonderful. A very personable man. I came away already feeling on my way to recovery and having been compassionately and kindly dealt with.
