Scott Ross, PA-C

Scott Ross PA-C, was my provider in the urgent care. He was incredibly kind and patient with me while I told him my symptoms. He was very understanding and empathetic when I expressed my concerns. The medical condition I went in for was really nerve wracking to me; he sensed that and through his friendly demeanor and the respect he showed me, was able to ease my mind and instilled confidence that my health was in good hands. He is an excellent listener, very personable, and very thorough. He asked me follow up questions to make sure I understood my diagnosis and treatment plan and allowed me to express any concerns or questions that I had about my treatment plan - I didn't have any, but I am confident that if I did he would be able to confidently address them. A day or two after my visit to urgent care he contacted me to follow up on my care and to see if my symptoms have subsided. I now recommend him to everyone I know for Urgent Care and Family Med. He is an outstanding physician.
