Great, Dawn looked over my medical test results, asked me questions, addressed my condition, and then took appropriate action for my situation. I feel very comfortable and secure with my visit today. five stars for sure.

Very disrespectful. If you make an appointment for 12:30, being one hour late isn't ideal, but still can be acceptable. 3 hours late is just fundamentally disrespectful. I understand your time is important so is mine as an attorney. Please, learn how to respect your patients. Perhaps some study on social intelligence and empath development will help your practice.
