Such an amazingly patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate care provider. I saw him in the ER tonight when I was very distressed but he was so incredibly patient and nonjudgmental towards my discomfort and fears. I never felt rushed even though I’m sure he was busy, and his kind and attentive care made me truly feel like a person and not just another room number. His exceptional care made all the difference on a night where I was really suffering. I strongly recommend him and his services. I feel so blessed that he was the one to take care of me throughout my pain tonight and I hope he knows how much of a difference he makes in patient lives. Thank you so much for everything!!

I saw Dr.Dennis Cotellese in the er department in Galax, VA. He is extremely professional, very patient , understanding and caring. I really appreciate everything he did for me.

I am filing a formal complaint against this practitioner who attended to me at Lewis Gale Montgomery Regional Hospital Emergency Room. I had inadvertently inhaled too much Albuterol and passed out out at home. Even when I came to I remained lethargic, experienced a sort of brain fog , unable to lift my head or limbs. This man had no knowledge of Albuterol overdose and did nothing to revive me. He did not examine me, nor try to help me. Terrifying experience. His license should be revoked.
