Ms. Chan was one of the most knowledgeable, friendly, professional health care professionals I have ever dealt with. She explained my problems perfectly. Actually better than my Urologist back in Minneapolis.
Her knowledge of male anatomy was superb and I felt completely at ease discussing my problems with her as a male to a female. She is quite professional and I would recommend her to anyone.

In very simple terms, PA Chan is wonderful! She is very patient, always taking her time to describe in full detail everything she does, or in the case of instructions for me, what she would like for me to do. I never feel rushed nor dissatisfied with the quality of care I receive from her. If I have questions and I call her and leave a message, or send her an email she is prompt in returning my call/email. She has a fantastic personality and is always upbeat and positive.
