I had an appointment at 745 in the morning. We had bad weather the night before with heavy snowfall and the roads this morning were not great. As a result, my travel to the appointment took longer than expected because of the treacherous road conditions. I was 15 minutes late due to the bad roads. Elena refused to see me because I was 15 minutes late. She did not care that the roads were bad and not optimal for traveling. Can’t recommend someone that doesn’t understand extenuating circumstances sometimes cause people to run late for their appointment.

She is very pleasant, easy to talk to. Explains things so you can understand what the reason is for your health!

I had my first appointment with her today and I was quite satisfied , she was very nice and personable and all the wile being as thorough as can be , who said it isn't fun to go to the Dr. ? I already look forward to my annual appointment , knock on wood I am currently real healthy , oh by the way if I am to do a raising here she's a 10 + thank you very much

Elena's the best , she takes the time to go over your C-Pap results from the year and made recommendations for my concerns , I will be getting a heated air supply line for my dry throat concerns .
