wrong diagnosis and no follow up
My daughter had a nasty rash on her leg and our initial visit went smoothly, however the prescription was ineffective and after a month or so we called the office and sent them a picture of the now, much worse rash. its now been two days and we have yet to have a nurse or Jill call us back. We will no longer use Ms. Klein or her current clinic. Actually since our call to Ms. Klein we have been able to talk with another doctor (not APNP), and actually have that new doctor see our daughter and correct the initial diagnosis and prescribe new medication. Still waiting to hear from Ms Klein or her clinic. Seems unacceptable to us.
