Elizabeth Henrich, LCSW-C

I saw Elizabeth Henrich once a week for 8 months. I made an appointment with her due to some turmoil, trauma, anxiety, depression, and strained relationships with my family at that time. We set goals together and we tracked my progress. I was able to stop seeing her after 8 months because the goals that I set were met and I was running out of things to talk about in our appointments. Elizabeth was a great listener and I so appreciated her recall and understanding. She would chime in and discuss strategies and techniques to help me achieve my goals. She gave me “homework” to work on reframing my thoughts and helped me think of myself in a different light. She was encouraging when she needed to be and thoughtful when she noticed my negative thoughts about myself. She’s also very flexible. I had a lot of fear and anxiety around missing work for my appointments. She was very willing to work with me and would do her best to reasonably. accommodate. I would definitely recommend h
