Emily removed my stitches I was very concerned about my comfort level. She was very caring and took her time when it would start to hurt.

Emily was very friendly and gentle during my first follow up from surgery. She was very thorough and explained my future care.

I had X-Rays taken. I met with Emily and she reviewed the X-Rays, gave me a printout. She reviewed my new use and care instructions for my wrist rehab and gave me a new order for additional Physical Therapy. She asked a couple times throughout our visit if I had any questions or concerns which I appreciated. I felt very good about the visit!

Emily was very gentle as she treated my injury today. She continually provided updates as I waited for the doctor. And she was equally caring as she rewrapped my injury.

Emily was very professional and understanding. She took an interest in seeing that everything was working well.

I was there for my initial post op visit and for clearance to return to work.

I had a scratched cornea from my medical procedure. This PA refused to evaluate and told us she would request an optho consult. It never happened. I had a pain management plan worked out prior to surgery. She changed the plan. When the change was discovered, it was fixed. When plans were made for discharge pain management, she again cut the doses by more than half and refused to change it or to allow others to have a day in the matter. She is just a PA!!! Not an MD and definitely not someone qualified to be managing my complex pain management needs. I am DNA proven to not react as others do using usual doses. But this woman consistently made my life and recovery very miserable. At this point, I think more senior staff will be consulted for next steps. Don’t allow this PA to ruin your recovery!!
