Eric is a great guy! I don't know who the last post is from but that's not the same guy I know . He's very sympathetic to your needs and listens very well! My family loves Eric!

Arrogant. Not patient friendly. Talks using medical terms without explaining them. Needs to work on realizing that his patients are not medical professionals.
