I’ve been a patient for over 2 years and have had a few issues over that time with the staff changing my appointment to an earlier time & not telling me, so when I showed up they said I’d have to reschedule. Another time I requested a medication refill 2 weeks before I was out and the office messaged me that the request was sent to the dr but when I hadn’t heard back after 10 days I messaged them again only to have them message me that I had to come see him (even though it had only been 4 months since I saw him last). I tried to set up an appointment but couldn’t get in for another 2 weeks, and I explained that the medication was one I HAVE to take daily (and I’ve taken it for the last 10+ years and never had any problems), and the MA said she’d ask him if he’d refill it for those 2 wks but only if I scheduled an appointment with her right then. I did that and she said she’d put a rush on the refill. At 4:15 pm I still hadn’t heard so I called and they said NO - they won’t fill it until I see him in 2 weeks! Ridiculous - especially when I tried to do everything early to avoid this situation but his staff doesn’t follow through.
