Very Kind, Good Listener
My primary care doc was out of town and Erin Cramer, PA-C who is also the Santiam Medical Clinics Director was filling in. Erin is easy to talk to, knowledgeable and the exam went well. Erin had some practical suggestions to help alleviate the issue which had become chronic. He also had a referral recommendation to address the problem if I decided to go that route later. I was impressed with his attentiveness and concern for my well being. Would be delighted to see him again. He's as nice as can be

He doesn't listen. Failed to take me seriously. He acted in disbelief when I described my symptoms. He was unable to diagnose my condition. I had to go elsewhere for diagnosis\treatment. I would not recommend this provider.

He doesn't listen. My son needed a new doctor (he is in college and time to leave the pediatrician). All medical records were sent to Erin Cramer but he wouldn't prescribe ongoing ADD medication because pharmacy records didn't show that my son took the medicine daily. But he doesn't take it daily...he doesn't take it on the weekends or school breaks, he only takes it when he needs it. And this was approved by his pediatrician. His pediatrician wrote a letter to Erin Cramer explaining this as well. Erin Cramer should be happy that my son doesn't want to take highly addictive ADD medicine unless he needs it. Seems he made assumptions based on a college age boy asking for a refill...but if he had looked at the records he would know that this was diagnosed when he was in 6th or 7th grade, with full on testing...not a recent dx because of college.

I always feel listened to, he takes the time to explain things thoroughly assuring I understand, he is thorough in his exams, and talks to me without the looking at his watch mentality:)
