Erin was supposed to call and speak with us when my son broke his arm per his urgent care Dr. She called while we were in the clinic putting him in sling. I did not see the call as I was calming him and had the ringer off per signs on walls. We did receive a message that provided us central schedulings number. As it was out of normal hours we could not call back. After several hours we called looking for answers. We provided my partners number to call as I was getting our son to sleep. She called mine and mentioned it was the middle of the night and yet again got voicemail. It was late 10:45 pm but we still were not told why our son should have surgery, why it should happen in a few days, and a conversation about what was wrong. In her second message she was rude and condescending. In her first she did not provide a number we could call back too. I can't say what caliber of provider she is but I can say her communication skills are horrid and cause lack of trust
