Don't recomend
Had a SS appt. Day before had pain in foot and toe. Since already had an appt. I request from Heather to look at foot. She totally ignored me. Nurse did the same. I almost lost my foot. Toe turned purple then black in a matter of days. Another doctor about week and a half later, found weak pulse. Sent to vascular, who put stent in leg. Took almost a year, for foot to heel. All she needed to do is look at it and check for pulse.

I waited only a few minutes in the waiting room and even less in the examination room. Heather Ball listens to my problems and discusses them. She remembers things we discussed in our last meetings. I am completely satisfied with her being my provider.

My family have been seeing the doctors at the Lewis-Gale clinic at Valley View for years. We have had excellent medical attention and would highly recommend them to anyone. They are always attentive to the patient, and have taken very good care of our medical needs. Besides their professional medical care, they're compassionate, caring, and place a high regard for the patient's well-being. That I really appreciate, and that's what keeps me going back.

This was for my year check up of medicines and labs. Heather Ball has always taken the time to talk and listen. Do not feel rushed or being just a number. I appreciate her taking the time with me as a person. No just a number. Reception area was cleaned each time someone went in to see their doctor. With covic 19 this was good to see happening.
