Very, very bad experience with this person, and my daughter very terrible experience, I would never recommend it

It was a short wait at 5:30 p.m. I was taken in about 10 minutes. Mr. Rodriguez came and took his time to examine me after asking some questions about my condition. He took time to explain what was probably the problem. He has an easygoing manner to set you at ease.

I normally do not like going to the doctor for any little thing, after my son who had been complaining of a what I believed it to be a sinus headache for a concerning number of days, we decided that it was time for doctor care. Mr. Hernandez was very pleasant, personable, a professional, who took the time to listen to our concerns; he seemed caring, knowledgeable and prescribed the course of care that worked for my son.

Takes the time to calmly explain to you what he thinks you have and what test he will do to determine your diagnosis.

My family and I have been patients of Mr. Rodriguez for over ten years now. Although we moved away from the Horizon City area two years ago, we continue going back (in spite of the construction headaches) to see him because he is the epitome of what a true medical provider should be. He listens to your medical complaints, examines you as needed, and will not give you a prescription for medication unless absolutely necessary. In other words, he doesn't prescribe just to have you out in 5 minutes.

Took my daughter here since her pediatrician’s office was already closed. Had to wait 2 hours for this doctor and did not check my daugther at all. Took him less than 3 minutes to prescribe her medicine to her nose. I asked him what was the situation with her and he replied “ I do not know Im not her main doctor” really? How can someone call themselves a doctor and can’t even diagnose if a person has a cold, bronchitis, etc. You went to school for this for god sakes!!

I saw Dr Rodriguez at the Las Palmas urgent care for a sinus infection. I was tended to promptly by him and his staff. He was very kind and courteous not only to me, but also to my 2 year old daughter, who was not his patient but scraped her knee outside before we came in and was upset about it. When I was still struggling with cough symptoms a few days later, I called the office and cough suppressant was called into my pharmacy the same day. He was knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommended.

The secret to my awesome recovery, is a Nurse Practitioner who is simply extraordinary. Thank you.
