Jalessa is kind, patient and listens to all of my concerns. She doesn’t make me feel unheard and she’s personable. I spent years trying to find a good PCP and happy to have found a great fit. A bonus is she rarely has long wait times and she quickly addresses problems like my refills and blood results.
