Had the pleasure of meeting James Torrico.No waiting, very prompt.A very professional & knowledgeable PA that answered all my concerns & his patients explaining things made things that much better knowing he was not leaving anything out.I truly recommend James Torrico in the highest regards.Thank you kindly for the time spent & your professionalism.

Mr. Torrico was impatient, didn't like the fact that I could not tolerate the new drug that he recommended, did not conduct adequate screening for me to take this newly approved drug with many side effects, and told me that when this drug caused unbearable side effects to remain on it anyway for another two weeks. After he finally removed me from this drug, he was unaware that I indeed was taking the new drug he prescribed or that I had taken the tests that he ordered. He didn't even know that I had scheduled and been screened and scanned as he ordered 2.5 months after completing the screenings that he had ordered at his own clinic and hospital, the Billings Clinic.

Dr was very understanding and explained everything to me. He listened to me and sympathized. Great bed side manners. Very pleasant.

Friendly, and very helpful with my serious condition.

James Torrico was extremely patient and helpful in his answers to my questions about what I perceived to be a problem. He was thorough and reassuring in his explanation that the concerning situation I had experienced had been solved naturally and was no longer a problem. I left the visit as a confident, happy camper and will return to see him again if there should be another need for a gastroenterology visit!

Took a friend who is petrified of doctors for a concern of an incredibly sensitive nature to see Dr. Torrico. He really took the time it takes to bring someone like this, to a place of trust. He asked smart questions because he really listened. He showed true care and concern for his patient and I was absolutely impressed. I highly recommend!

While in his office regarding a colonoscopy, he suggested a liver drug study to me since I had high liver enzymes which I have had most of my life. I didn't think much about it until I met with Dr. Neff and his staff. After all my tests, I was a hiccup away from having liver cirrhosis. I was shocked. Had it not been for his referral, I probably would not be here today or if so in a bad condition. He takes care of the whole person which is unusual these days. Praise God for people like him! Thank you so much James Torrico, my favorite physician's assistant!!!

I have a difficult case of ulcerative colitis and JR Torrico has been absolutely wonderful in managing my treatment.. He answers my questions on portal in a timely fashion, He has called me on phone and checked with me and quite simply is always there working with me and for me... Honestly as I told him yesterday when I left his office "YOU ARE MY LIFELINE". After some obstacles I am confident that he has advised a suitable treatment for my Colitis ..I would highly recommend him based on his obvious knowledge and expertise as well as his compassionate demeanor. All essential attributes to me when choosing a physician.

JR has been an amazing physician to work with. He is very thorough and listens to his patients. Genuinely compassionate. Clearly very knowledgeable and on top of things. Very responsive when I had to reach out to him, and really went to bat for me when Florida Blue was being ridiculous about coverage. Would highly recommend him!

Dr Torrico listens to you. He prescribes the necessary tests to find the problem. He is wonderful! He found problems my PCP kept ignoring. Thank you so much for helping me.

When J.R. comes into the room to discuss my many digestive problems, he makes me feel like I’m his most important patient & he has all day to help me....I know this isn’t the case, but his calm and relaxed demeanor projects concern and leaves me relaxed and feeling like I’m discussing my problems with a family member or friend. He goes the extra mile and even followed-up personally with my insurance company to help with coverage for a very expensive medication. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone I know with GI concerns.

I have been going to Dr. Feiock & JR Torrico for over 7 years. I have found them to be good listeners with a great doctor/patient relationship. I have gotten nothing but excellent service. Appointment times are always kept never having to wait. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

JR is very knowledgeable about his field of expertise and is able to convene that knowledge in a way that is easy to understand. He listens to the patient and spends whatever time is necessary. His communication skills are abysmal. He provided me with a list of possible problems but NEVER once said that they were related to my liver. And after having a two-hour exploratory surgery by Dr. Hazan, Dr. Hazan walked into the recovery room and said my liver looked great! So what were all of the other”issues” about?

This guy is the Best! A medical detective! He went the distance to figure out my problem. Many thanks for helping me feel good again.
