Big thanks to Ginny, Sarita, Jason and Dr. Zhou for getting me back on my feet! They were very responsive and took the time to go over all options and address any questions or concerns.

I've been to many offices before for my neck problem, Jason was the only one that took the time to explain my condition and treat me.

He is kind, thorough and knowledgeable. Great experience with him treating my low back.

I saw Jason for my sacroiliac pain, he spent the time with me to explain everything in detail. I felt reassured and relieved that I am in great hands.

I saw him for my herniated disc, he recommended physical therapy and injection. Now I am pain free without surgery and back to golf!

Jay has shown me strong compassion and empathy throughout my diagnosis and treatment. He takes the time to explain and convey all information. He is super responsive and has collaborated with other providers to help expedite my pain treatment and management. He prioritizes the health of his patients. I was waiting on results from my MRI from the radiologist and as soon as they popped up in epic he called me first thing in the morning to explain my diagnosis. It was within 24 hours of my MRI. He took the time to explain everything to me and give me my options. Jay puts his patients first and is very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

Jason ignored my symptoms and blamed them on another condition which would have led to an unnecessary surgery that would have made them a lot of $. I reached the point of barely being able to walk, all the while being told what I thought it could be was too rare to be my issue. Welp, another surgeon found exactly what I’ve been suggesting it was for 2 years and fixed it. These providers made me suffer for literally years because they refused to listen to me. I distrust the entire medical system because of this man.

Jason has awful bedside manor and doesn’t listen at all. Is it because I’m a woman? I’m young? I’ll never know I guess. I said to him that I used to hike and be active and now I can barely stand to make dinner. His response? “Well we can’t make you 23 again ha.” I’m 36, not 95!!! What kind of response is that??? I asked about some of my symptoms and could it be a muscular thing. He didn’t even bother to examine me. Single worst experience I’ve had with a medical professional.

This man is rude and does not know how to treat patients! He and the doctor he worked for caused me to be hospitalized for 14 days after I had surgery by them and was told to go home and hopefully I would heal from the surgery they preformed. Stay away!

Jason Dacruz PA is a talented healer. I feel very fortunate to have found this ortho group and to have him on the surgical team. He is a pleasure to work with until the secretary, Barbara, interjects herself in between him and the patient. Barbara appears to be forgetful, is very condescending, and is overall unhelpful at a time when you need care and compassion the most. Complaints made against her do not appear to make a difference because her behavior has not changed over the years. I have had four spinal surgeries. The surgery is definitely no walk in the park, but this team has skillfully and consistently kept me upright and moving with the least amount of downtime possible despite the seriousness of the injuries. But for the issues with the secretary, this team rocks. I wholeheartedly recommend the services of this group without reservation other than the issue already raised with the secretary.

For the last 5 months I have had the pleasure of having Jason treat me for siatica. He’s a good listener, has lots of patience, and a caring attitude. Continue to always keep doing your job with such focus and dedication. You are truly one of the most dedicated and responsible PA’s a doctor could hope to have.

Jason always takes the time to thoroughly evaluate my back issue. His knowledge and compassion along with a genuine desire to improve/eliminate my back pain, is exactly the type of individual I want treating me. In the nearly 9 years I’ve been a patient (through 2 surgeries) Jason has continually proven his abilities and competence. Dr. K is pretty good too ;)
