Couldn’t have been any better

I was called into the office in less than five minutes. The attending nurse was swift to conduct preliminaries in a kind and professional manner. A student, Sarah, then spent time with me; taking about history and conducting further examination. Sarah and Jennifer then met with me together and thoroughly discussed health record and current situation. Jennifer and Sarah worked together as Jennifer modeled the tone and content of my visit. I always have a sense of genuine caring and sound medical knowledge when I see Jennifer. She likes to review my entire history and current state, then make appropriate recommendations. Her conversation also reflects that she cares for patients as individual people as well.

100 percent, she’s right on time with what ever problem I had, even if it wasn’t related to the heart when I thought it might be she would point me in the direction I needed to go and even go the extra mile and make the appointment for me, she has a big heart very caring and I think the world of her.
