I had this visit a couple days ago scheduled for a month. He ordered a lot of x-rays a month ago. That showed several problem areas in my back and spine. So less than a week before my appointment I hurt my back bad. I asked him to re-xray it. Or an emergency MRI. He refused me on both. Well 2 days later I'm back at urgent care and they took x-rays. Sent them to the hospital and the Dr from Urgent Care called me at home pretty late. And she told me that I had a compression anomaly at T12. I said like compression fracture. She was like no, worse. I asked is it crushed? She said I believe it is. So you need to call this spinal surgeon on Monday. Jose did not treat me well at my last appt. I told everyone I was in bad pain and in a very bad mood. But I was congenial as best I could. I had called 4 days before to see if I could get in earlier, BECAUSE I DID SOMETHING BAD TO MY BACK. No, you have go to urgent care. Turns out I had to go twice. And never going here again. That was neglect..

Excel in every area! Exceptionally kind compassionate and professional NP and staff. The rest of PM in the area are horrible, don't waste your time.

Seems to put patients behind his surgical duties. He makes them wait for hours to see him while he is doing injections. Rather than having days for injections and other days for seeing patients. His office is poorly ran. Trying to get prescriptions refilled or alternatives is a nightmare as they don't care about the patient. Also, very expensive.
