Never had any issues, she is knowledgeable and takes time to explain. I have seen her for a couple years.

I find Dr. Kayla Previdi to be very professional with her patients. I have been bringing my mom to see her for two years now and my mom's medical care has significantly improved. She has got her hypertension and diabetes under control. My mom was taking very dangerous high dose pain medications. Dr. Kayla explained the medications and offered alternatives which has improved her pain and now we do not have to worry about the dangerous side effects. Beware KAYLA PREVIDI IS A HORRIBLE DOCTOR! Kayla Previdi speaks down to her patients. She is not a professional doctor. She speaks rude to her patients who have serious health concers!! She has no compassion as a human being & she does not care to call her patients back!! This is the WORST doctor i have ever been to!! You are treated like a nunber not like a human! & if you read any of other other reviews listed here, you will notice that the majority of reviews are all very terrible experiences

Comes across very cold when speaking to patients. Does not return patient phone calls. I give this doctor negative one star.

I have never met such a cold-hearted caregiver. I have a chronic illness and have periods of nausea/vomiting for up to 24 hrs at times along with muscle/joint pain. My landlord said he could install an air conditioner in my apt if I had a note from my caregiver. Kayla Previdi refused to write me a note saying it was out of her scope of practice. She didn't try to get me to a professional who could write me a note and said if I wanted an air conditioner that I could move!

I read a review that was not favorable so I wanted to tell of my experience to give another opinion. I found Ms Previdi to be professional, knowledgeable, and all about business of providing care. No chit-chat. Her M.A. is friendly and knowledgeable, and listens well, smiles, etc... I had to change providers because the office I went to closed. Kayla was accepting new patients. Its always a challenge to find a new doctor and build a trust with - and I do feel Kayla fits that bill for me.

Does not listen of patient concerns, no explanation of change of treatment. Medical staff never returns phone calls, filling medications are like pulling teeth. Everyone in this is rude, and medical care is not a priority to kayla if so her professionalis and care for patients would be a lot better. Don't recommend Kayla unless you like to be treated like you're stupid.
