I wasn't sure about using a physicians assistant as regular dr. But Dr Kryger gave her a chance and so I did too. Big mistake. Several reasons for this. Changed my diabetic meds up without need to try her pharm reps. Causing diabetes to go out of control which I had to refuse med to get back under control. On one test was notified did not have illness 2 days later told I did then 2 weeks later they finally get meds to me. Can't get appt. if sick will need to go to er or wait a week. Bad service

I took my son into Urgent Care tonight because he had a fever and was complaining about his ear hurting. Kelsey came into the room and was extremely friendly to my Son as he is two years old and not usually a fan of strangers. She was very professional and Interacted with him throughout the entire process. She did a theral examination. She diagnosed my son with Strep. I would highly recommend her to anyone. We have had great luck with Cox Medical Center Branson Urgent Care.
