Kimberly Glaser, RD

This Dietician is in my Insurance Network and I visited this Doctor Kimberly Glaser on line, because this is the only way she will see you. The Doctor would not see me until I signed a letter stating I would pay her if the insurance did not. I signed it because She is in my network and I have a PPO and I show this visit is covered under Prevention of Disease. I have a UHC insurance. I called and everything was correct with Insurance. The insurance was denied due to Dr. Glaser not providing the correct codes of our visit. She has been contacted by the Insurance and me for the correct information and the insurance stated they would assist, if she needs help. Unfortunately, I feel she wants the entire billed amount, not the contracted amount she agreed to when she provided her information to join this insurance. She will not respond to my texts or UHC. I wish Kimberly Glaser would do her part in providing the correct information. I do not recommend based on this.
