Went for appointment for my frozen shoulder. I was in a lot of pain. I was told she was going to set me up for a cortisone shot under X-ray guidance, next visit. I waited over a month for this appointment, only to find out she forgot to schedule my shot at the hospital. Very unprofessional! So she said she would set it up again. Well, that didn’t happen again!!! Is she even capable of practicing? She’s very flighty, and doesn’t listen to her patients. I will not go back to her.

I have been seen by K. Miller approximately fifteen times. At all times, she has been attentive to my description of the problems I was having. Her demeanor was always professional and caring. Her explanations as to causes, treatments, and what to expect after the treatments were concise and clear. I highly recommend her.

Don't even want to leave 1 star! I'm not the type to leave reviews but felt this was necessary. Urgent Care had made this apt for us due to my daughter chipping a piece of her bone in her ankle. We saw Kristin Miller for less than a minute- maybe two, no advise nothing. We were told "stay off of it but if it feels okay then its okay!" Really?!?! So unprofessional and no bedside manner at all. Come on CPH- you can do better!

I go in to see her for debilitating buttock, and leg pain...she sees me for 1.5 minutes, no examination, no tips, no questions,....orders an MRI, but tells me it could be weeks til it's approved. Called the next day in tears from pain, and a desk clerk got the mri approved. Showed up for follow up appointment, told that Kristen canceled it! So she sends the desk clerk out the the WAITING ROOM to give me my mri results. Guess my questions will have to go to google. Very unprofessional!
