Shoulder surgery
She was very kind and answered all my questions. She was very informative. I didn’t feel I was rushed and if I needed to ask her a question I could do that through MyChart and she answered pretty quickly.

Great orthopedics practice
When calling to make an appointment, my orthopedic pain was evaluated and I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. My appointment was with Laura Michelle Galbraith,PA, who was excellent, great bedside manner and through evaluation of my orthopedic pain. An X-ray is on site at this orthopedic practice and the ability for an MRI is in the same building. I had a great experience at this practice. The care was exceptional.

Patient, Eager to explain, & no rush with time
Ms Laura explained to me very patiently about my rotator cuff MRI report. She thoroughly explained everything to me about the surgery procedure and the rehab process. All the queries were addressed and answered. Whenever I reached out to her via the portal, she always responded within 24hrs. Very happy with every aspect of care.

Laura was with me from the time I got to the preop and was there when I came out of sedation. She made sure I was comfortable for the whole process and followed up. Having been thru several outpatient procedures, she made the difference of this being a positive experience.
