Was not seen until 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment and did not receive information or apology for the delay. As I became concerned about the length of the delay it was not possible to check with the receptionist as they were assisting in coming appointments the entire wait.

Although I was barely able to speak, the staff and the nurse practitioner took their time with me and had me rest in between. Gave me new medications that seem to be working very well. Overall, the staff is always kind friendly considerate and able to give us masks that we have forgotten.
