My daughter went to see her for an eating disorder. She seemed more concerned with her billing me for a missed appointment due to a car accident my daughter was in on her way to her office than customer service and patient care. My daughter called her and told her that she was in a car accident and she still planned on adhering to her cancelation policy. I would not recommend anyone go to this Rago Assoc. When I spoke with Dr Rago she backed up her drs decision to charge me. Lisa is very rude.
