Dr. Luanne Kelly, NP

She talks very soft acting like she cares. She does not have the best interest it’s all money and you can’t rely on her she doesn’t remember your medical history and will ask question multiple times after you told her many times what’s going on. I have received paper work that has missed spelling and she never will fax my information to the other Dr who need it. She needs to stop practicing.

Dr. Kelly is the best! I became her patient about 2 years ago. She is very caring and explains my illness to me in a way that I can understand. She takes the time we need to make sure we are in the right path. I would definitely recommend her to my family and my friends. I will also be taking my 3 children for a new patient asap. Hope she still offers Saturday appointments:) Sonia C. :)

I have never been this happy with a doctor until i found her she is amazing always listens to your concerns and never rushes the appointments she is the best ever??????????

Always had my problem addressed and he was really concerned about any problems I had doctor really cares about her patients.

Where do I add has been my doctor for three years the first year of her being my doctor was fine then things started to go wrong every time I bring up a medical issue I was having she would ignore it or only treat what she wanted to treat I haveoh she put me on Metformin which made me sicker than a dog every day and then yelled and screamed at me for taking myself off of it I can find it in her patient-doctor confidentiality she broke it and her and her office and her has very poor communication

Very patient and understanding. Takes her time to listen to all concerns. Wait time can be long but I feel it should be because she does take her time with patients and doesn't make me feel rushed like other doctors have.

It took me 3 weeks to get my appointment .I called the morning of the appointment to verify and they said I was down at 5 .I went in and they said I wasn't down that Mrs Kelly didn't want to make the time to give me a physical .They wanted me to reschedule .Not happening your offices error .Your office is loseing my whole family of 6 this isn't the first time.My whole family is getting a provider committed to their patients.

Didn't remember me, my condition or the fact she prescribed me medication. The wait is always over an hour. And one time they even forgot I was there and I had to come back.
