Unfortunately he is very sarcastic. Pretending to be nice but he is not . His staff members are rude, don’t make eye contact....
I will not recommend this place ... I learned after third visit that I should have stopped the first time.

Dr. Marshall Fields is so amazing. So informative, patient and provides such an amazing 5 star experience. Differently a gem in the optometry field. Really friendly and feels more than a doctor almost like a part of your family. This was my first visit and I am extremely pleased and will definitely recommend him to everyone that I know.

Dr. Field is pleasant enough just a little too chatty. However I will NOT recommend them for ordering your glasses. I've had to return both pairs of glasses because the prescription was in correct and that was the end of February I received one pair back after 3 weeks and I'm still waiting on the other pair and it is now April. When I call the office they say they'll call the lab and call me back, well I never receive any call backs. So let that speak for itself.

Dr. Marshall Field is INCREDIBLE!
He is very kind, genuine, personable and down to earth. He treats his patients as though they were his own family. Dr. Field is extremely knowledgeable in his 'field', (no pun intended) and he is always happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your prescription. The wait is never long because he and his staff is mindful of how hectic schedules can be. I highly recommend Dr. Field!

It was kind of odd. He is a very outgoing person but I felt as if his actions were a bit much.
