The staff were all professional which I appreciated as I am always anxious about any procedures. They were better technicians than I was a patient. I had my second cataract removal and I trusted them...they got me through the first cataract removal so I returned for the second. No more cataracts..yeah..I'm glad I had it done. My vision has improved and in about 20 days I can get my new glasses or readers...whatever the case may be. No one should ever live with cataracts....there was a time when people lost their vision if they had cataracts. That time is no more. The staff including receptionist cater to the patients..Very friendly from start to finish. And I know that if not for their understanding and patience with me and my anxiety...I would not have gotten through it. There was no pain in the procedure. A little groggy afterwards but that cleared up relatively soon...maybe 3 hours afterwards. I have already recommended them to my neighbor who needs cataract surgery as well.

Naturally having a new procedure can cause anxiety. Most everyone put me at ease even though there were a lot of eye tests to go through.

Second time visiting this year, no complaints, everyone was very professional, nice facility

My first eye was done a week ago and it went very smoothly- I wasn’t waiting very long and less than 3 hrs from start to finish. Today was much different and frustrating for everybody- My appt was 7:45 and got there 15 minutes early as requested. I did not go to the back until noon. They were backed up to a second waiting room and started offering snacks and drinks all around.The actual procedure went well - the best part of the whole thing.

Really enjoyed my visit. Everyone was professional and seemed to be genuinely concerned about my overall health. Doctor was very honest and I appreciate the fact that he seemed more interested in my health and not my money.

Everyone was so helpful, patient and kind. All questions answered when ask. Great experience.
