Dr. McAndrews is great! For years I have had terrible experiences with chiropractors but she listened to my concerns and is extremely gentle (none of the scary, violent cracking!). She is also extremely thorough and during an appointment, she will continue to work on any areas that are troubling you rather than moving on to the next patient. She has even been working on our son since he was around a month old and relieved a lot of tension related to his ties! Her staff is also extremely friendly!!

Amazing. I’m not a person who usually goes to the doctor except for yearly checkups, but my back was so bad I couldn’t stand up straight. After one visit I was able to get back on the golf course. A few more appointments and I was as good as new. I now continue with maintenance appointments and have had no issues since. God Bless Dr. Mary!!

I don’t really know how to explain the remarkable difference I have seen in myself in the last few weeks since seeing Dr. Mary. It is almost magical. I knew I needed to make a switch to a different chiropractor, but she has affected my life on many levels beyond just aligning my spine! I had been going to the same chiro office for 7 years. I feel more change in 3 weeks than I have 7 years. No joke. Also, my son has autism. I am so excited to see the relationship grow between them. Bonus for me that I am going to learn things about him through her intuitive nature!! She was recommended to me by a good friend, so I decided to go. I NEVER expected this level of eye opening change from a chiropractor. It goes to show how ONE OF A KIND she is. Only certain types of people can inspire change like this. The first week I saw Dr. Mary my back froze up which made it hard to function. She was beyond helpful. Coming in on days off! This new journey is not only for my body, but also my mind! Yay!

At the urging of my wife and daughter I've started seeing Dr McAndrews to treat my chronic back pain, which has been exacerbated by a lumbar fusion performed in Sept 2021. Over time, I had become a chiropractor skeptic due to more misses than hits. Dr McAndrews has restored my faith in chiropractic treatment, as in a very short period of time my backpain has been significancantly reduced and mobility is beginning to return. She shot a complete set of X-rays, reviewed them with me thoroughly and answered my barrage of questions. She has provided a well thought out treatment plan and has begun executing it. I am very happy with Dr McAndrews' skill and professionalism. Her staff is also highly professional and courteous, and her appointment schedule is adhered to thoroughly and on time. This is a excellent practice and I recommend it greatly.

Dr. Mary listens, presents a plan for treatment, then addresses each issue individually. I've been seeing chiropractors for years and she is by far the best. I am an active adult-skiing, running, lifting, cycling, etc so I have some aches and pains and injuries. From hip to neck to elbow, Dr. Mary has helped me maintain my lifestyle and be pain-free. Now, I bring my athlete kids there and they are having the same experience.

I highly recommend Dr. Mary McAndrews for chiropractic care! My family and I live out of state and have yet to find anyone as capable, knowledgeable and compassionate as Dr. McAndrews. So much so that we travel 5 hours to Palatine to see her, and have done so for 10 years. She has treated us at all ages through sports injuries and general healing. Dr. McAndrews is amazing!!

Forever grateful I found Dr. McAndrews a few years ago. I had a pretty bad fall off of a horse back in 2018 which left me on crutches for half a year. The fall left me with whiplash neck as well as my hips being shifted completely. Months of physical therapy and handful of specialist without any type of relief BUT I experienced almost instant relief from my frequent migraines and hip pain after seeing Dr. McAndrews. She is truly a miracle and the healing she provides is baffling. I truly felt like my early adulthood was going to be brutal with the injuries I sustained but she proved me completely wrong. Chiropractic is IMPORTANT and can truly heal even those who sustained some trauma to the body. I couldn’t thank her enough for how much she’s changed my life!

I have been suffering with severe back pain and lack of mobility for years. Wanting to live a normal active life, I tried three different chiropractors, and had nine epidurals. The epidurals brought some pain relief, but didn't do much for the stiffness. The chiropractors paid no real attention to my symptoms and all adjusted me the same way actually making my back worse, and more debilitating. My sister-in-law introduced me to Dr. McAndrews, and the results have been nothing short of amazing! She and her team took the time to talk with me about a plan of action and immediately dove in in treating the problems. After my first week, I could walk upright again, and after one month I am pain free, and able to exercise and even golf again. After all the failed attempts at fixing my back, Dr. McAndrews has done what I thought impossible. I can't recommend her strongly enough. She is a strong, confident woman and incredibly adept at her job. That combined with a great sense of humor

Dr. McAndrews is truly the best in the area. I originally started seeing Dr. McAndrews for sports injuries, and I immediately saw an improvement in not only my physical condition and performance, but felt I improved in the classroom as well. It’s now been 8 since I started seeing Dr. McAndrews and I can say with total confidence that she is the best chiropractor for any sort of condition, ailment, or simply maintaining good spinal health. If you are apprehensive about seeing a chiropractor, Dr. McAndrews is the perfect chiropractor because she explains everything she is doing in great detail and will respect anyones boundaries. 11/10!

I have been to multiple chiropractors in the past as a collegiate athlete but none of them provided an experience like Dr. McAndrews. She is honest, focused on your overall health, provides a thorough explanation of what she is doing, and she most importantly she listens to you as the patient. I am a healthcare professional myself and began seeing her during my pregnancy for tension headaches. While I was nervous at first, she provided me with all the knowledge I needed to feel safe. After approximately two weeks of adjustments my headache was relieved and has not returned. Dr. McAndrews is hands down the best chiropractor I have ever and I would recommend her to anyone, no matter the age or ailment.
