Doesn’t lead with curiosity

My first session left me feeling unsafe and misunderstood. She made a lot of negative assumptions based on limited information in our first session instead of asking follow up questions that might probe an issue further or clarify how I meant something. And she twisted a lot of what I said in a way that felt very shaming and inaccurate to where I no longer recognized my answers in her “summary” of them. It was awful. I’ve never cried after therapy before but I did with Megan. I would not recommend going to her.
