Mr. McCool was very thorough in talking with me about my symptoms, and what he thought the plan of treatment should be. He sent me for a chest X-Ray to be sure of the condition of my lungs, and advised me that I might need additional medication, depending on what the X-Ray showed. He told me that I could call if I was not improving, or if I had any other questions. He asked if this plan made sense to me. I would recommend him. I thought his manner was excellent.

I am very happy with the care provided by Michael McCool, and he has always taken as much time as was needed, and I have never felt rushed in any way. At this most recent visit, I had the feeling that Michael was being urged to limit his time with each patient. He, himself ,was as pleasant and caring as ever; he just seemed to be unable to take as much time as he normally would.

Mr. McCool was awesome. he listened to my complaint and really cared about how I was feeling. I made a follow-up appointment the next day since my infection looked worse, Again he was very receptive and wanted to show the picture of my infection to a colleague to ensure he was making the right decisions. Very impressed
