Michelle Hafner, PA

I was sent to Miss Hafner because I was having anxiety about urological issues (I have a history of MAJOR kidney issues) and needed a visit before I could get a lab done, which is the fault of the clinic's scheduling system and not her doing. During the visit she constantly interrupted my explanation of my symptoms to tell me she doesn't work in urology. I never ASKED her to give me answers, merely relayed my concerns so she could record them in my file and order a urinalysis. She did not take my concerns seriously and made this crystal clear, proceeded to perform a pelvic exam (?!?) and was entirely condescending despite the fact my palpable anxiety. She also insisted if I had a kidney infection I would be in immense pain from a simple tap test, at which point i finally snapped back, because that simply isn't true and certainly wasn't for me, despite a necrotic kidney at one point. I would NEVER let her near my body again, and certainly nowhere near my reproductive organs or choices.
