I am a new patient, so when I had my visit I really appreciated how thorough Dr. Karpin was. It felt like she took her time to get to know my health history and understand why I wanted the procedure I came in for, and she gave good medical advice and insight for going forwards afterwards. Originally when scheduling, the office said I needed a consult first and then to come back again for the actual procedure. Dr. Karpin was able to do the procedure during our initial consult visit, saving me from having to wait and come back for a second appointment. I really appreciated how kind and considerate the care team here was!

Dr. Karpin is probably my favorite doctor. She does an excellent job at being personable making one feel welcomed and important.

She was so kind and conscientious during both of my IUD insertions. She explained exactly how the procedure would go and made it clear that I could stop at any time. My IUD insertions were both really painful, but she gave me apple juice when I cried and was so wonderful.

Michelle is a very good NP....she listens, is flexible, receptive to patient ideas and spends time with patient until both are satisfied.
