I had the unfortunate opportunity to see Michelle after not being able to get an appointment with Dr. Sabahi. Contrary to the office receptionist, PA's are not the same as doctors. Michelle was less than friendly as well as unprepared, she was annoyed she had to see patients in the Reston office vs the the Fairfax office. She reviewed my chart, chastised me for not completing a radiological test appropriately despite the Radiology dept. following the instructions, prescribed me another medication and stated that if the medication didn't work they would have to remove my colon. A little extreme especially given that in the end the issues was caused by a uterine fibroid pressing against my colon. Upon removal the situation resolved. She was totally unresponsive through the practice portal and refused to submit 2 short forms to the military health facility which would have save me considerable money on prescriptions. Do your self a favor and avoid this practitioner.
