She is knowledgable, but somewhat limited. As we started asking questions, we could tell that we were being fed canned answers. Our daughter's condition is a rare case (according to a 2nd opinion we later got), but Ms Kunkel was lumping it together with more common cases. She didn't pick up on a few key nuances. We expected better, and found it elsewhere. For our most recent appointment, we waited over 70 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. Several times we asked the front desk staff how much longer, and they gave vague answers. I'd pulled my daughter out of school for that appointment, and we were never even seen! We left, and won't be back.
