Very unprofessional
Was referred by a dear friend. Called doctor twice and left messages regarding the need. She did even care to call me back despite my numerous messages, nor send anyone from her office to call me. I think that as professionals and in this field, a minimal level of care and empathy is required and it was certainly lacking from Dr. Marcus. I am glad I did not have her set up to treat my daughter. This is shameful
