Dr Garcia was very knowledgeable about my medical condition with gastric bipass however was quick to explain that their department didn't handle gastro bipass medical issues and they could not fix my issue. Dr Garcia was quick and direct. She was surprised why I wasn't referred to a specialist in Spokane. I was stunned and dissapointed.

During this visit I waited 30 minutes for the provider in the exam room. She was very knowledgeable and highly efficient. I felt extremely rushed once the provider entered the room, and felt that she spoke at a very fast rate. I got the feeling that the practice was under-staffed.

Norma is very knowledgeable & provided lots of information. Also ordered tests I needed & her team followed up by scheduling more tests. Appreciate her attention. She spent a good amount of time with me even though it seem to me she was pretty busy!
