Excellent!
Pat has been amazing - best healthcare experience I've had in a long time. I had a full knee replacement from Dr Hirshorn in July 2024. Pat has been the primary point of contact since. Pat is friendly, personable, and compassionate - appointments don't feel rushed, she listens to my questions and responds honestly and compassionately. Pat is responsive - immediately responded to my texts (and I sent a lot!) and saw me right away for some issues I was having and remembered to follow-up on them during the next visit. Pat is professional and knowledgeable - when I was having odd issues she either knew how to remedy or asked her colleagues before dismissing them like many other healthcare providers do. Healthcare needs more professionals like Pat!
