I always ask for Zoey when I make an appointment and today I was reminded why: She is thorough and professional, making me confident that my skin health is in excellent hands. AAD is lucky to have Zoey as a PA. She has a kind and gentle approach, despite having to cover a lot in a short visit - I have never felt rushed.

In my long history as a health care recipient, provider and educator, I have rarely encountered a provider or student whose intellect, skill set and internal professional motivations match Zoe's. She is not only knowledgeable, skilled and thorough but genuinely committed to the compassionate care of her patients. I trust her completely and unconditionally.

She made me feel at ease and made sure a biopsy that needed to be done was approved by insurance before doing it. She explained what she was doing and why. She was very gentle doing the "shave" biopsy on my pinky. She also answered all my questions openly and without frustration when I didn't understand.
