She is my primary care and recently prescribed something for me that had the potential to interact with one of my medications, the results of with could have sent me to the ER or killed me, and did not warn me of this interaction. And when I called to notify them, couldn't even bother to talk to me herself, or apologize for it. If you go here, make sure to speak to the pharmacist about possible interactions, because she doesn't appear to bother checking for them. Patient beware.
