I am 69 years old and this was the first time I needed a thorough Eye exam and vision testing. I was very apprehensive to do this. I was very happy, from Dr. Delaney’s first greeting and throughout my examination, Dr Delaney was reassuring, friendly, and willing to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Dr. Delaney for any of your vision needs. I no longer will be hesitant to visit an eye doctor’s office anymore!!!!Thank you, Dr. Delaney

Dr. Delaney is a great eye doctor. I took all three of my daughters for exams with him and he is great with kids. He has a wonderful bedside manner and puts them at ease. Thanks Dr. Bob!

I've been going to see Dr Delaney for years. My last visit, I scheduled just a contact lenses exam, because I did not have a vision plan. He ended up doing a lenses exam along with a contact lenses exam, which I had told the tech, I was only being seen for a contact lenses exam. He never informed me that he was doing both, then he realized I did not have insurance, so he disounted my contact lenses exam, which was very nice but I only wanted a contact lenses exam. I ended paying about $140 more than expected or asked for. He was unwilling to do anything about the difference even though it is my interpretation that he did a lense exam because he thought I had insurance and thought they would pay for it. On top of that MAJOR complaint, I also bought contact lenses almost three weeks ago and have called 4 times about not receiving them AND have had no call back from their office. Where I finally requested a full refund for my lenses. Poor customer service!!!!

As usual my visit with Dr. Delaney was great. I have been seeing--haha--him for 18+ years now, and he always is happy to see me and to show off any new news or equipment the office has. This time he showed me the ICARE handheld eyeball machine--I like to use their technical terms--which was much easier than that pretzel chin-in thing that raises havoc with my back as I am disabled. So great, keep the new equipment coming. Love, Paige (Belchertown, MA).

Awful. I went in desperately needing contacts for pool tournaments. Ive been too nervous to get them for years & finally gained the courage to make an appointment. I was counting down the days. But he spent the first half of my appointment bragging about how hes in a rock band & how impressed everyone is when they hear him. I finally got to ask about contacts and he REFUSED. Said he wasnt buying that I really wanted them. Also that itd be $600-$700. Not true! I left feeling completely crushed.
