I could not recommend Robyn any more highly. I began seeing her when I was having an issue with anxiety. She taught me numerous CBT techniques, and within a few months, I felt like an entirely different person. Apart from helping with my anxiety, she helped me to reframe my perspective on my mental health and what factors were contributing to how I feel. She gave me invaluable life tools that I will continue to use towards helping my mental health.
