I have going to this practice for several years and have never had a problem with the doctors or Ruth. In fact, Ruth Milner is wonderful to work with. I have had problems with my aids and Ruth has always been helpful in getting the problem fixed, or the aid replaced.

She was rough and rude when administering the hearing test I got from her at Bucks ENT. I would never recommend or suggest going to her for hearing issues. When a doctor there told me to get a second hearing test, I was dreading it and going back this woman because of the horrible first experience. The second hearing test never happened (due to issues surrounding the doctor) so I didn’t have a second time with her luckily. Thank god. Avoid her and Bucks ENT altogether.
