I was not impressed by this provider. I went to the appointment with specific concerns about menopausal symptoms, which were basically dismissed right away as 'normal' & not offered any solutions. Her medical assistant who roomed me actually seemed more genuine & caring. When I asked about getting help with unbalanced hormones, I was told menopause is just something we as women all go through & just need to get through it. I left feeling very disappointed with no answers. Also, my appointment was the first week in January & it's now first week in March & I still have not received my pap results. The only thing that was done to my satisfaction was ordering a mammogram. I received those results the same day. I will not be going back to this provider again.

Terrible communication. Had to call after 2 weeks for pap results. 3 separate online medication refill requests completely ignored. No response whatsoever. Had to find out through my pharmacy that she wanted me to come in for a visit before refilling birth control, which really isn't necessary as insurance only covers a pap every 3 years, but at no point did she respond to my refill requests to tell me she wanted me to come in, and now I'm almost out of pills. I'm going to an online company for birth control now, and will be seeing a different provider for my paps in the future.

I was concerned about an issue and would have had to wait 11 days to see my primary OB Gyn, and the office found room for me in her schedule which was fantastic. Ryan had a PA student with and both were both attentive and listened to my concerns. I would recommend Ryan and go back for any future concerns or needs.

I made a appointment with Ryan, they asked me if it was ok if a PA could shadow, I said yes.. I came in with a few different issues I’ve had. very cold towards the problems I talked about (ryan) , the answer to my problems to them was go on birth control, i wont do that i had bad side affects. During pap exam very rough and hurt the whole time (PA shadowing was doing the exam) during pelvic exam she jammed her fingers very rough and hurt very bad.

She hardly let us look at the ultrasound, maybe like 5 minutes tops, maybe. She didn't even measure the size my baby was. And then she said well the heartbeat is ther but it's quiet. Then continued to just turn the machiene off instead of letting us try to hear baby's heartbeat. I was not thrilled with the appointment. Dr. Kohler is way better.

She was late and looked an absolute mess. She was very dismissive of everything I was saying and clearly didn't read my chart. It's like she was in a huge hurry to shut me up and get me out of there. The only reason I saw her in the first place was because my regular doctor was gone for the holidays. I would highly suggest never going to see this nurse. The appointment was pointless because she didn't listen or care.
